This single slide out floor plan sleeps up to seven, offers a spacious lounge and gallery, and provides the user-friendly solution of a separate lavatory/shower space. Model offers a rear bedroom with a queen size bed including a nightstand and wardrobe. There is also an overhead cabinet for more storage, and TV for your viewing. A folding door can be closed to provide more privacy at night or when getting dressed. The bathroom offers a separate shower and toilet areas and vanity with sink. You will easily be able to cook up light meals and snacks while on the go in this Minnie Winnie kitchen featuring a refrigerator, pantry, three burner range, double sink, and counter area. There are also overhead cabinets for dishes and things. Once the meals are created enjoy dining at the slide out booth dinette that also features four sets of seat belts so everyone can remain secure while the motor home is moving. At night the dinette can easily be made into additional sleeping space for family or extra overnight guests. Up front there is an overhead bunk above the cab seats that is 57″ x 95″. The kids will enjoy sleeping up top and there is also a 32″ HDTV w/DVD player and remote above the counter area near the double kitchen sink.
Pickup time is anytime after 3:00 pm and drop-off 9:30 am. Special arrangements can be made to address your particular needs but need to be made prior to arrival. We also offer airport pickup/drop off where we meet you at the airport with the coach. There is a $25 fee to cover the costs of the driver with this service.

Detailed Costs
- Refundable Damage deposit – $500.00 – This deposit will be used to cover damages less than $500 or as a deductible for damages that exceed $500.
- Milage – 100 per day with additional miles billed at .55 per mile
- Generator – 4 hours per day with additional hours billed at $4.00 per hour
- Insurance/CDW – $65.00 per day – Renters can use their own insurance however they must submit a letter from their carrier affirming this.
- Discounts – 10 % discount on rentals of at least 1 week.
- Payment – 50 % of rental due at time of rental and balance due at least week prior to departure.
- Refund policy – for cancellations more than 1 week prior to departure renter is responsible for 25% of booking. For rentals canceled with less than 1 week of departure, the renter is responsible for 50% of the booking.
